AMERICANA, Environmental Forum and International Trade Show, is recognized as one of the leading multi-sector events of its kind in North America. It is a forum for the exchange of knowledge and practical experience, providing environmental and economic solutions to over 10,000 attendees from 40 countries.
Taking place in Montreal, a city actively putting forward initiatives to preserve and protect the environment, a key highlight of the the conference is a series of 200 international speaker sessions dedicated to the environment, centering on seven themes:
- Innovation and Technology
- The environment and the market
- Sustainable resource management
- Waste management
- Soil and Groundwater
- Climate change
Additionally, more than 350 exhibitors from the environmental field will be at the Trade show. Attendees will have the opportunity to take part to the Business Matchmaking (B2B) activity, offering more than 3,000 business matchmaking meetings. Denis Coderre, Mayor of Montreal, will open the conference and lead the 7th edition of the International Efficient Cities Forum.
